so i made a vow to never post on this tumblr again but i thought that was a bit unfair to you all so ive made an exception. this is my last post.

convikted, you were good to me.

but ive come to realize that i am no longer a prisoner to the world of thought that i was for the first 18 years of my life. my goal is to shed all of my inhibitions about living and just… live.

that is an incredibly large, and incredibly vague goal. however, im going to start small and begin with something tangible. which would be this.

im definitely not leaving tumblr forever. i actually already have a new blog… several to be precise. and lord knows i procrastinate too much to actually stop checking my dashboard on occasion.

so with this post i bid you all farewell. you will never again see an inspiring post under the nom de plume of convikted.

i say this pretty often, but this time i really mean it…

this video is the epitome of my life.

even though im really sad that they cut out portions of the song (namely the fergie verse) and didn’t get all the celebs involved in the video, this song can bring me to tears for no apparent reason. this song is a soul cleanser and my favorite song on MBDTF, which is actually a bfd for me to say. it would take an entire page and then some to explain my deep attachment to this song and the hypnotizing effects of this video but idgaf about tumblr anymore and cannot be bothered to type that shit out.

and let me just say, childbirth is long, painful, and full of suck.

i would be lying if i said my life was in a constant state of shambles, not because my life is not always in shambles (because it is), but because the state of my life (and for that matter, my mind) is anything but constant.

i think i would really enjoy staying in a mental institution for a week. or maybe rehab! don’t know what for though…

1 year ago at this very moment, i was in the back seat of a car being driven by a drug dealer and a soon to be coke addict, sitting next to a future pot fiend, a present douche, and a self proclaimed voice of reason with no audience to listen, on the run from the cops/security while inexplicably sober, soon to be stranded on a hotel couch.

if we only knew then what we know now…

happy anniversary, second semester! heres to one year of being an alcoholic.
